Terms of Use

All services provided by Safe-Lister may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any International, United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material we deem to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret or other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Safe-Lister from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.

All pornographic content and sex related merchandising is prohibited on all Safe-Lister SafeList's. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or links to adult content elsewhere. Safe-Lister will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.

Other prohibited links, activities and or sites are those that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to Safe-Lister servers or any other server on the internet. Some unacceptable content is: Priated software, Warez, Hacker programs etc

Server Abuse

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Safe-Lister is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of International and US law.

 

Reciprocal Links

We will maintain certain links on your site, along with a banner rotation.

All required links will be monitored on a regular basis.  Costs will be incurred should these be removed for Safe-Lister to put them back.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion for reasons that will be written and emailed at the time.

 

Availability of Service

The owner and staff of Safe-Lister intend to expand and be in business for a long time. But due to the volatility of the Internet industry and the aggressive actions by some large technology based companies, indefinite availability of our services cannot be 100% guaranteed.  However it is our intent to be here for many years to come.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
